1 slice of ff Kraft cheese (american or cheddar)
2 slices of lf honey-baked ham
1 TB red pepper mayo

spray the bread with ICBINB spray before toasting. Grill in panini maker.

1 medium jarred roasted red bell pepper, drained
¼ cup ff mayonnaise
